The Aquarama Painted is a 100% handcrafted mahogany Riva Aquarama model finished in the true color of the boat. It is built by skillful and creative master craftsmen and takes hundreds of hours to complete.
This detailed model includes shiny chrome and brass fittings, a very detailed dashboard, and leather seats. Layers of varnish are applied, with sanding between coats to create a mirror effect. It is built according to scale using original plans, pictures, and drawings, with extensive research used to keep the model authentic.
Each model goes through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop. It rests on a neat wood stand and ships fully assembled.
History: In 1962 Carlo Riva introduced the AQUARAMA series of new fast runabouts. She was powered by a 2-Riva 350 horse power engines and was hailed as the water borne Ferrari by the industry.
