This Chinese elm bonsai tree (Ulmus parvifolia) is trained in the traditional curved-trunk style with tiered branching and has a heavy-diameter trunk.
Its small evergreen serrated leaves are ideal for bonsai. The tree is hardy, has excellent branching characteristics and does well indoors.
