Schluter®-DILEX-AKWS is a surface joint profile with aluminum anchoring legs that protect tile edges and help manage movement in tiled surfaces.
It features a 1/4" (6 mm)-wide, soft PVC movement zone that separates individual fields in the tile covering and forms the visible surface. This profile is designed to allow movement, reduce stress, prevent cracking and delamination, and eliminate the need for caulking.
Suitable for residential to medium-duty commercial applications, including areas subject to moderate mechanical stresses and vehicular traffic. Available in aluminum with a Classic Grey insert, and backed by a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
Available size variants include 5/16" X 98 1/2", 11/32" X 98 1/2", 3/8" X 98 1/2", 7/16" X 98 1/2", 1/2" X 98 1/2", 17/32" X 98 1/2", 5/8" X 98 1/2", and 13/16" X 98 1/2".
