Schluter®-DILEX-EKSB is a surface joint profile designed for thinner floor coverings, including VCT flooring or coatings.
It features stainless steel anchoring legs and a 1/4" (6 mm)-wide, soft thermoplastic rubber movement zone that separates individual fields in the floor covering and forms the visible surface.
Designed to allow movement and reduce stress in large tiled areas, it helps eliminate the need for caulking and helps prevent cracking and delamination of tiles. It is ideal for residential to medium-duty commercial applications and is for commercial and residential use.
Available variant sizes: 3/32" X 98 1/2", 3/16" X 98 1/2", and 1/4" X 98 1/2". Stainless steel 316L (1.4404 = V4A) is also available; contact Customer Service for pricing and availability. Backed by a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
