Schluter®-DILEX-HK is a 2 way inside corner tile edging trim in Bright White, designed for tiled floor/wall transitions and cove-shaped detailing.
It features rigid PVC anchoring legs, a soft CPE movement zone, and a tile pocket that hides cut tile edges. The 11/16"(18mm)-wide soft CPE movement zone separates individual tile fields and forms the visible surface.
This trim is made to allow movement and reduce stress in large tiled areas, eliminate the need for caulking, and accommodate wall and floor tiles of dissimilar thicknesses.
It meets strict hygienic requirements for commercial kitchens, bathrooms, food processing plants, and other tiled environments where a sanitary cove base is desired. It also helps prevent sound bridges, making it ideal for floor/wall transitions in sound-rated floors.
