The Schluter Systems DILEX-HKS outside corner set is a heavy-duty, cove-shaped stainless steel profile for floor/wall transitions with dissimilar sized tiles. This version is Classic Grey stainless steel V2A and is intended for commercial and residential use.
Designed to allow movement and reduce stress in large, tiled areas, the profile helps prevent tile cracking and delamination and eliminates the need for caulking. Its soft thermoplastic rubber movement zone absorbs larger movements at floor/wall transitions and inside wall corners. The 23/32"(18.5 mm)-wide radius helps prevent dirt accumulation and makes cleaning simple.
Available variants are 7/16" X 98 1/2" X 5/16", 7/16" X 98 1/2" X 3/8", 7/16" X 98 1/2" X 15/32", 7/16" X 98 1/2" X 17/32", 7/16" X 98 1/2" X 5/8", 9/32" X 98 1/2" X 5/16", 9/32" X 98 1/2" X 3/8", 9/32" X 98 1/2" X 15/32", 9/32" X 98 1/2" X 17/32", 9/32" X 98 1/2" X 5/8", 11/32" X 98 1/2" X 5/16", and 11/32" X 98 1/2" X 3/8".
Outside corners, 2-way and 3-way inside corners, connectors, and end caps are available. 90° outside corners with pre-cut profile sections are available by special order. Stainless steel 316L (1.4404 = V4A) is also identified as available.
