Schluter®-DILEX-KSN is a heavy-duty surface joint profile designed to protect tile edges while allowing movement in tiled surfaces. It features stainless steel or aluminum anchoring legs and a visible surface made with a 7/16” (11 mm)-wide, soft thermoplastic rubber movement zone.
This aluminum version with a grey insert is made to separate individual fields in the tile covering, reduce stress in large tiled areas, and help prevent cracking and delamination of tiles. It eliminates the need for caulking and is maintenance-free.
Built for secure edge protection in areas exposed to heavy-duty commercial traffic, it is suitable for commercial and residential use. Available variant sizes include 5/16" X 98 1/2", 3/8" X 98 1/2", 7/16" X 98 1/2", 1/2" X 98 1/2", 17/32" X 98 1/2", 5/8" X 98 1/2", and 13/16" X 98 1/2".
