District Street Porcelain Tile brings the look of real concrete surfaces in a durable matte porcelain format.
Each tile measures 24" x 24" and covers 3.87 sqft per tile. There are 4 tiles per box. This rectified tile is mechanically finished on all sides for uniform sizing and a thinner grout joint.
Built for floor and wall installation, it has a water absorption rate of 0.5% and a PEI rating of 3, making it suitable for standard residential traffic levels. Water marks and imperfections are part of the artistic interpretation of weathered concrete, and each piece varies from the next.
The District collection is offered in four metropolitan color shades for residential and commercial applications.
