The FHC Preston Beveled Glass-to-Glass 135-Degree Hinge is made of solid brass for glass-to-glass applications. It is designed for 3/8" to 1/2" glass and can be used with tempered or tempered/laminated glass. Beveled edges and corners are accommodated, and the hinge easily converts to a 5-degree offset.
For 3/8" (10 mm) glass, the listed approximate capacity is 5 lb./ft²; for 1/2" (12 mm) glass, it is approximately 6.4 lb./ft². With 2 hinges, the door limit is 80 lbs. (36 kg) and 28" (711 mm) wide. With 3 hinges, it is 120 lbs. (54 kg) and 32" (813 mm) wide. Do not exceed either the maximum weight or width when choosing the proper quantity of hinges.
Available finishes: Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, Matte Black, Polished Nickel, and Satin Brass. Minimum order: 1 each.
