The FHC Valore HD Square Glass to Glass 180 Degree Hinge is designed for 3/8"-1/2" glass and is compatible with tempered or tempered/laminated glass.
This heavy-duty hinge is built for wider and heavier doors, with a maximum door capacity of 145 lb when using 2 hinges. It is self-centering within 15 Degrees of Closing Position and is commonly used in residential bath and commercial hotel applications.
Included with the hinge are the hinge body, glazing gaskets, mounting screws, and Allen and Phillips head cover plate screws. It is made with solid brass construction and offered in many popular finishes, including Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, Matte Black, Polished Nickel, and Satin Brass.
The Valore Series hinge has a dual degree pivot pin factory set at 90 degrees for normal door closing applications, with a secondary field-adjustable setting that allows an additional 5 degrees of closing for a firmer positive position against a jamb or seal. For installation, only use tempered safety glass and do not use power tools to avoid damaging the finish. The hinge comes factory greased for silent, hassle-free operation.
