The Flowering Jaboticaba Bonsai Tree - Large (Eugenia Cauliflora) is a distinctive indoor bonsai known for flowering and fruiting on the trunk and mature branches.
Native to southern Brazil, the Jaboticaba is a member of the Myrtle family and a relative of the Guava. Its flowering period produces clusters of small white flowers all over the trunk and branches, followed by dark berries. The bark also peels off in curls as the trunk and branches expand.
The fruits’ kernels can be grown as bonsai, making this a unique choice for indoor growing. It is also noted for easy indoor care.
