The Flowering Sweet Plum Bonsai Tree Double Tree Arch Planting (Sageretia theezans) is a tropical evergreen bonsai native to China.
It has very small green leaves measuring less than 3/4", lightly veined and almost bronze when they emerge. The Sageretia also sheds its bark, revealing a multi-colored trunk.
In spring, small pink-white flowers appear and are followed by small black fruits during summer and into autumn. It is a very popular bonsai for indoors.
