The Ginseng Ficus Bonsai Tree - Large is a Ficus Retusa bonsai, also known as Banyan Fig and Taiwan Ficus.
It features small dark green leaves that alternate up the stem, with leaves that are more oval than the Benjamina. The bark is grey to reddish and dotted with small horizontal flecks, creating tiger-like markings.
This bonsai has a heavy trunk with exposed aerial roots. It is among the most tolerant, versatile, and trouble-free bonsai trees for indoor use.
