Maximum transom dimensions for these clamps are 30” x 16”. DO NOT exceed the maximum transom dimensions. Only tempered or tempered/laminated glass may be used. Avoid using power tools during installation as these may damage the finish. A single set of gaskets is provided with the clamp and is intended for use with either 3/8” or 1/2” glass. Product Details
This Glass Simple clamp is used to attach a pivoting transom to adjacent glass panels. The clamps must be installed at the transom’s mid-point for proper opening and closing. Operable transoms are used on steam enclosures to allow for release of steam.
Cleaning Your Glass Simple Hardware
Dry hardware after use to minimize water spots and other discoloration. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, scrub brushes, etc. as these will damage the finish. Use a mild mixture of gentle liquid soap and water and test on an inconspicuous part of the hardware first.
