The Glass Simple Genesis series 135 degree glass-to-glass shower door hinge is a self-centering hinge made of solid brass with a square profile.
It is designed for 3/8”-1/2” tempered or tempered/laminated glass and includes a factory set 5 degree positive close. The pin is set at 85 degrees for 5 degrees of extra pressure against the jamb, and it can be adjusted for standard 90 degree door closure if desired.
This hinge swings 90 degrees both ways and includes a bidirectional hinge block bumper to help protect the hinge block at full open position. A single set of gaskets is provided for use with either 3/8” or 1/2” glass.
Technical limits: if using 2 hinges, maximum door weight is 80 lbs and maximum door width is 28” (711 mm). If using 3 hinges, maximum door weight is 120 lbs and maximum door width is 32” (813 mm). Do not exceed the maximum door weight or door width for the number of hinges used.
