Harold Import's Double-Sided Egg Slicer helps create evenly sliced or diced pieces of hard-boiled eggs.
The concave side cradles hard-boiled eggs, bocconcini, mushrooms, and strawberries. The flat side slices mozzarella cheese and room-temperature butter sticks. Cutting wires flip to slice food into 9 uniform pieces on either side of the base.
Not intended for slicing cheddar and other hard cheeses. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Use it for salad toppings, breakfast casserole, easy egg salad, breakfast burritos, and for adding neatly cut pieces to soups, pasta, lasagna, and more.
