The Bonsai Boy Japanese green maple bonsai (Acer palmatum) is a hardy, easy-to-grow deciduous tree for outdoor settings. Place it on a patio, deck or in a garden, and keep it outdoors.
Provide sun to show its best colors in early spring and late into the season. The land/water planting scene includes a well that evokes a tree growing along the shore of a mountain lake.
A fisherman figurine, fishing pole and ceramic fish are included to complete the tranquil, natural setting.
