The GemCore Lakeshore Bayview reducer is a 94" embossed laminate wood moulding / trim piece designed for a clean transition in your flooring project.
It coordinates with the Lakeshore Waterproof Laminate Collection, which features planks that are 12mm thick, 7-1/2" wide, and 48" long. The collection also includes a high-density fiber core, a commercial wear layer with an AC4 rating, True Wood Touch (EIR) synchronized texture, Angle-Snap locking system, and compatibility with underfloor heating. It is wet mop & steam mop friendly, and spans of up to 65' do not require transition moldings.
Features include Floorscore Certified and Ortho Phthalate Free.
