It includes a Hand Crafted Off White Fabric Hardback Shade, 1 bulb, a Medium Base bulb socket, and a 40 max wattage. The extension is 3 3/4". The backplate measures 9 1/2" Width x 6 1/2" Height, and the height from top of fixture to mounting is 5".
This wall sconce is suitable for damp locations, is NOT suitable for wet locations, and is ADA compliant.
