Loft Moderne Anthrachite Porcelain Tile brings the look of stained concrete floors together with the durability of porcelain. This matte 12" x 24" tile is designed for residential and commercial spaces.
Each tile covers 1.94 sqft, with 8 tiles per box. The collection features subtle variation, rectified edges, and a maximum recommended offset of 1/3 for installation.
Built for performance, this tile has 0.5% water absorption and a PEI 5 rating, making it suitable for heavy traffic, abrasive dirt, and moisture. It can be used for indoor and outdoor floors and walls in freezing and non-freezing climates when proper installation methods are followed.
