Loft Moderne Cemento is a matte porcelain tile that captures the fashionable look of stained concrete floors with the durability of porcelain.
Each tile measures 12" x 24" and covers 1.94 sqft per tile. This tile comes 8 tiles per box, and the maximum recommended offset is 1/3.
Designed with subtle variation in five different hues, the series also offers multiple sizes, mosaics, and trims. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor floors and walls in freezing and non-freezing climates when proper installation methods are followed.
Water marks and imperfections are part of the inherent beauty of this series, and each piece varies from the next. The tile has a 0.5% water absorption rate, a PEI 5 rating, and rectified edges for a cleaner grout line and professional install.
