The Elkay Lustertone Classic is a stainless steel, drop-in single-bowl kitchen sink measuring 19" x 18" x 7 5/8" with 3 holes. It has an 18-gauge thickness, Type 34 stainless steel and a 3-1/2" drain opening. It is made in the USA; the description notes that ADA depths are available.
Its scratch-resistant finish has a rich, uniform grain that radiates light. Light scratches from everyday use naturally blend into the finish over time, and deeper scratches are repairable with an Elkay stainless steel restoration kit. The sink installs above the countertop and has a finished rim. Its straight sidewalls and flat bottom provide usable space for stacking, soaking and washing dishes, and the bowl is easy to clean.
Sound-deadening pad(s) minimize sound and vibration. For U-channel installation, mounting clips are placed inside the channel before installation, reducing time under the sink.
