Tell me about the stone Sparkling in the light, Luna Pearl granite is angelic and illustrious. It has a pure white bedrock with evidence of clear and black crystals. Some flecks appear luminous, reflecting the light just like Mother of Pearl, a look that gives this stone its glorious name. Each medium-grained stone has its own unique balance of hues and just like all natural stones, no two will ever be identical. However, the stone's granular effect creates an overall pattern that appears fairly consistent throughout the stone, making it ideal for those who would like a reliable design.
If you're looking for a natural stone that will make a great investment, granite should be your top choice. Created by the rapid solidification of molten rock, it is incredibly durable. It has a density and hardness unparalleled by many natural materials, making it suitably resistant to everyday life. It is not easily scratched, and therefore it makes a great countertop or vanity surface. Furthermore, it has a natural heat resistance, so a hot mug or plate should not mar the tile's face.
Tell me about the stone's finish A flamed finish is subtle and understated. It is created by passing a searing hot flame across the stone's surface causing it to crackle and burst. This adds a slightly rough texture to the tile, a unique yet subtle effect. The process also causes the stone's colors to change, they become muted and delicate, creating a more natural looking tile. This is ideal for those who are looking for the durability of granite, with a ruggedness to match.
A flamed finish is much more hardwearing than some of the other finishing options available. A flamed finish is more rugged and therefore can handle a higher level of use without the need for maintenance. This is great for those looking for an incredibly low upkeep tiling solution.

Furthermore, it makes an incredibly functional flooring tile due to the level of traction that it provides. There is much more grip on a flamed finish than there is with a polished or honed surface. Therefore, if you're looking for a stone suitable for a lively family environment, this flamed granite is a great option.
What overall look will I achieve? Luna Pearl granite's white color palette is the perfect base for a wide variety of home designs. Alternatively, Luna Pearl can be paired with just about any hue. Add a dark and masculine color, such as a navy blue or forest green to create design depth or keep it subtle with a sage green or duck egg blue, the possibilities are endless.
