Mapei Ultracolor Plus FA 5220 Eggwhite is an ultra-premium, fine-aggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified grout in a smooth finish. This 25 Lbs grout is formulated for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 to 19 mm).
DropEffect™ technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water, dirt and grime from grout joints. MAPEI's High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT™) is formulated to address color consistency and efflorescence; compared with standard-performance cement grouts, HCT reduces absorption and increases stain resistance.
The grout is color-consistent, nonshrinking and efflorescence-free. Its fine aggregate allows narrow joint widths and improved cleanability. It is easy to install and stain-resistant, and sealer is not typically required. CO2 emissions are fully offset in the product's life cycle.
