Mrs. Anderson's Non-Stick Silicone Jelly Roll Baking Mat is a commercial-grade silicone mat that's specially sized and designed for cooking and baking in a standard jelly roll baking pan. It's a must-have of cake making and baking tools and will quickly become a favorite among baking accessories! Woven glass fibers sealed inside the Baking Mat transfer heat evenly, so that jelly rolls, breads, dough, pastries and other baked goods cook to a perfect golden brown, every time.
Strong and durable, it will outlast thousands of uses at a wide range of temperatures (-40 degrees to 480 degrees Fahrenheit). It holds 15 (2-inch) or 12 (2.5-inch) cookies. It's safe to use for freezing foods, too. And, it's reusable and more economical than using parchment paper. Foods release quickly and easily without oiling or greasing the surface, so it's perfect for those watching their calories. Quickly convert everyday jelly roll pans to nonstick bakeware. Simply lay the non-stick Baking Mat, with writing side facing up, onto a jelly roll pan, or same-sized baking sheet or cookie sheet with side walls. Pour batter, or place items to be baked or frozen, onto the Baking Mat, and pop it in the oven or freezer. Made from silicone and natural glass fibers for even heat transfer, the sealed, non-porous for better kitchen safety. Mrs. Anderson's Silicone Baking Mats are durable, reusable, naturally non-stick, dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
Cautions: Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes or cutters on the Baking Mat. Do not cut on, or fold, the Baking Mat; store flat or rolled. Do not grease.
