The set includes four cutters: giraffe 2.75 x 1.73-inches, lion 2.5 x 2-inches, zebra 2.5 x 1.75-inches, and elephant 2.25 x 1.75-inches. Use them with chilled dough on a cool, lightly floured surface, and dip the cutters in flour between each cut to help prevent sticking. Press the animal-shaped cutter firmly into the dough, then depress the spring-action to emboss the designs and release the cookie shapes.
Also great for cutting decorative pie crust or gingerbread pieces, and it doubles as a pastry cutter or biscuit cutter. A collectible shortbread cookie recipe is included. Hand wash in warm, soapy water.
