It transfers heat evenly for more consistent results, has a non-porous surface for better kitchen safety, and is heat safe to 480-degrees Fahrenheit. The reinforced beaded rim helps resist warping through thousands of uses.
This pan is great for baking, chilling, and freezing. It fits Mrs. Anderson's Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat (60000) and Cooling Rack (43628), sold separately. Wash with a sponge and mild soap; do not use scrapers or brushes, cut in the pan, or place it in the dishwasher.
