Schluter®-QUADEC is a square edge metal tile edging trim designed to finish and protect tiled edges and outside corners of tiled surfaces. Its squared reveal surface creates a clean, modern edge for floors and walls.
Made in satin anodized aluminum, this profile helps prevent tile edges from chipping and can also be used as an accent within tile fields to create decorative designs, contrasting details, and coordinated looks with tile and grout. It is suitable for commercial and residential use.
Available variants: 3/16" X 98 1/2", 1/4" X 98 1/2", 5/16" X 98 1/2", 3/8" X 98 1/2", 1/2" X 98 1/2", 9/16" X 98 1/2", and 3/4" X 98 1/2". Schluter Systems also notes that QUADEC in stainless steel can be used as a stair nosing or floor transition profile, and that it is available in stainless steel, anodized aluminum, PVC, textured and color-coated aluminum, with square check and leather texture finishes.
