The Restorers 1/2 Inch Trapezoid Brushed Aluminum Tambour Panel brings a modern look to tambour door style furniture and interior design projects.
This flexible tambour is intended for interior applications and is to be bonded to any clean, dry, structurally sound and rigid surface either horizontal, diagonal, or vertical. It can be used as wall paneling, bar fronts, wainscot applications, pole wraps, and flat wall and panel applications.
Each panel should be stretched by rolling it up with the slats facing inward and bending concave carefully so the slats spread out evenly for expansion and contraction. Panels must arrive in a controlled environment between 50 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit, with humidity not below 30% and not above 50% for an extended period. If painting, staining, or coating, the material must be acclimated for a minimum of 48 hours prior to finishing.
