Restorers 5/8" Pre-Woven Cane Hobby Pack is pre-woven cane webbing made for chair caning projects where a groove surrounds the caned area.
This hobby pack is pre-cut to a convenient 24" x 24" size. Pre-woven cane webbing is held in place in the groove by spline and glue, and it can also be used on cabinet doors.
Both machine pre-woven cane webbing and unwoven chair cane are made from the same material. Allow one inch overlap of woven cane, measuring outside of groove from side to side at widest point. Thickness is approximately 1/16" - 3/32", but may vary due to being natural material.
