The Restorers 8 7/8 Inch Spear Point Strap Hinge brings aged, traditional styling to a gate or door. This surface mount hinge is made of iron and designed for a classic decorative look.
It measures 4 1/4" x 8 7/8" and has a pintel of 1 1/2". Finish options include Rust, Black Powder Coat, and Oil Blackened. The Black Powder Coat finish is baked-on, virtually maintenance free, and more glossy than Oil Blackened. The Oil Blackened finish is raw iron coated with oil and will wear to expose the iron beneath, which will rust unless sealed with furniture wax or a clear coat sealant.
