RICCO DERUTA Design: Elevate your home and dining experience with this exquisite Italian ceramic piece from the Ricco Deruta Collection by Artistica. This authentic Maiolica (also known as Majolica) creation, is inspired by the world-renowned pottery of Deruta, Italy, a medieval hilltop town celebrated for its superior ceramics since the 12th century. The Ricco design meaning "rich" in Italian is Deruta's most iconic and beloved pattern and Artistica proudly offers the true original version of this celebrated motif, which dates back to the 16th century. Featuring intricate scrollwork and floral accents, it pays homage to the frescoes painted by Renaissance master Pietro Perugino (aka "Il Perugino"), bringing timeless elegance and historical charm to your home.
Each piece is expertly hand-painted by master artisans in Deruta using traditional Renaissance colors such as royal blue, yellow gold, and emerald green. These vibrant hues create a striking visual contrast, making this ceramic item a perfect centerpiece for your kitchen, dining table, or living space.
Crafted from 100% food-safe glazes and colors, this earthenware item reflects centuries of artistic heritage passed down through generations. Whether you're hosting an elegant dinner party or simply adding a touch of Italian sophistication to your decor, this authentic Ricco Deruta ceramic is a timeless investment in beauty and craftsmanship.
