Tell me about the stone Sierra Light marble is a beautiful beige with pink undertones. It is marbled with purple, and brown veins, with a slight creamy mottled effect. Gorgeously neutral, with all the drama you would expect from luxurious marble. Quarried in Spain, it has a warm, homely feel to it. Create a light and airy interior design by using Sierra Light marble as a kitchen floor, or entrance hall.
The pattern of the stone is non-uniform. Each tile is totally unique, you'll not find one the same in the entire world. This is great if you're looking to achieve a natural stone effect. It has small to medium crystals throughout, adding to the sense of luxury.
Marble is a stone famous for its elegance and beauty, but it's also incredibly hard-wearing. It is dense and generally resistant to moisture, meaning even in freeze-thaw conditions the stone is unlikely to falter. It has long been used to enrich European architecture, displaying a building's opulence and grandeur.
Tell me about the tile's finish This tile is buffed to a glossy polished finish. Marble is only of the only stones, along with granite, that can reach a brilliant shine. The glossy sheen brings out the best in the marble's coloring, making it seem brighter and more vivid than a honed finish would.
The highly reflective surface bounces light around the room, creating a feeling of spaciousness. It's perfect for use as a kitchen backsplash, or as a floor to ceiling tile in a shower unit or bathroom. The room instantly feels light and airy - a touch of elegance where ever it is laid.
