The Roppe Caribou smooth heavy-duty rubber stair tread features a black abrasive strip. Size options are 12 5/16″ × 36″, 12 5/16″ × 42″, 12 5/16″ × 48″, 12 5/16″ × 54″, 12 5/16″ × 60″, 12 5/16″ × 66″ and 12 5/16″ × 72″.
Roppe’s PVC-free rubber stair treads are free of Red List chemicals, PVC, phthalates and halogens. They are made in the U.S.A. and meet GREENGUARD GOLD, FloorScore, NSF/ANSI 332 Level 1 and CHPS criteria. Most styles offer ADA nose-compliant features.
The stair tread range includes eight profiles: Textured, Raised Circular Vantage, Raised Square, Low Profile Raised Circular, Abrasive Strip, Smooth, Diamond and Hammered. Safety abrasive strips, rubber inserts, custom strips and self-illuminating photo-luminescent abrasive glow strips are available to add traction or aid people with visual impairments, including in darkened conditions. Custom lengths in 6″ increments up to 9 ft. (2.73m) can be ordered for Textured, Hammered, Vantage, Square and Diamond designs.
The Solid, Symmetry and ReNew color palettes are available at a single price point within the selected palette. ReNew includes cork-infused rubber and is available only in Smooth, Hammered and Textured profiles. The tread range coordinates with other Roppe tile designs and colors.
