This Roppe Solid 94 Pewter square-profile rubber stair tread has a textured surface, a Galley Red abrasive strip, and DuPont Kevlar. Roppe says its rubber stair treads with Kevlar are engineered to resist damage from everyday wear and tear and heavier use, helping maintain stair appearance and safety over time.
The tread measures 12 5/16" wide. Available sizes are 12 5/16" X 36", 12 5/16" X 42", 12 5/16" X 48", 12 5/16" X 54", 12 5/16" X 60", 12 5/16" X 66", 12 5/16" X 72", 12 5/16" X 78", 12 5/16" X 84", 12 5/16" X 90", 12 5/16" X 96", and 12 5/16" X 102".
Roppe stair treads are made in the U.S.A. and are free of Red List chemicals, PVC, phthalates, and halogens. They meet GREENGUARD GOLD, FloorScore, NSF/ANSI 332 Level 1, and CHPS criteria. Roppe lists eight profiles: Textured, Raised Circular Vantage, Raised Square, Low Profile Raised Circular, Abrasive Strip, Smooth, Diamond, and Hammered. Custom lengths can be ordered in 6" increments up to 9 ft. (2.73m) in Textured, Hammered, Vantage, Square, and Diamond designs.
Safety abrasive strips, rubber inserts, and custom strips can be added for traction or to aid people with visual impairments. Self-illuminating photo-luminescent abrasive glow strips are also available for darkened conditions. Solid, Symmetry, and ReNew color palettes are available; the ReNew palette is offered only in Smooth, Hammered, and Textured profiles.
