This Roppe engineered rubber stair tread with Dupont Kevlar is made for stairs that face daily wear and abuse. It is designed to resist damage that can affect both appearance and safety.
The tread is free of Red List chemicals, PVC, phthalates and halogens. It is made in the U.S.A. and meets GREENGUARD Gold, FloorScore, NSF332 Platinum and CHPS criteria. It also fully conforms with ASTM F2169, Type TS.
Available in the Textured profile, this stair tread is offered in 15" x 36", 15" x 42", 15" x 48", 15" x 54", 15" x 60", 15" x 66" and 15" x 72" sizes. The collection is also available in 8 Profiles: Textured, Raised Circular Vantage, Raised Square, Low Profile Raised Circular, Abrasive Strip, Smooth, Diamond and Hammered design profiles. Custom lengths can be ordered in 6" increments up to 9 ft. (2.73m) in Textured, Hammered, Vantage, Square and Diamond designs.
Safety abrasive strips or rubber inserts and custom strips also can be added for extra traction or to aid the visually impaired. Available with self-illuminating photo-luminescent abrasive glow strips for added safety in darkened conditions.
