Sproutman® Organic Broccoli Blend Sprouting Seeds combine broccoli, arugula, broccoli raab, radish and oriental mustard in a 16 Oz blend. The seeds are described as ready in 6 days, with +95% germination.
The blend delivers sulforaphane, which is widely studied for its health benefits and ability to support detoxification. Broccoli sprouts may support detoxification and a healthy brain; broccoli raab provides calcium, vitamins A and C, and isothiocyanates, which also support detoxification. Radish sprouts contain vitamin C and B vitamins.
Oriental mustard is spicy like horseradish and has a 35% protein content, along with beneficial antioxidants. Arugula sprouts are peppery and bright, and are rich in calcium, vitamin C and polyphenols.
