The Sweet Plum Curved Trunk Bonsai Tree Large is a tropical evergreen bonsai from China, also known as Sageretia theezans. It is a popular indoor bonsai with a graceful curved trunk and refined foliage.
Its very small green leaves are less than 3/4" and lightly veined, emerging almost bronze before maturing. The Sageretia also sheds its bark, revealing a multi-colored trunk over time.
In spring, small pink-white flowers appear, followed by small black fruits measuring 3-5mm during summer and into autumn. This makes it an appealing choice for bonsai enthusiasts looking for year-round character.
