The Ten Dolphins Fountain In Special Patina is a major marine sculpture and water feature fountain standing 81" tall.
It features ten dolphins, all cast and created in lost wax cast bronze, with a gallery-quality finish. The patina is a mix of hand finishing with silver and Polychrome techniques, also referred to as enameling over bronze.
The bronze itself is suitable for long lasting outdoor use. The specialty finish is designed to last more beautifully in interior application, but the piece comes with a top coat protection over the finish and can be used outdoors. If used outside, the buyer should recoat periodically with protective laquer to maintain the like new finish, or allow it to age gracefully as bronze does.
The dolphins are plumbed for use as a water feature and can be used to flow water in a forward direction.
