The Trained Flowering Pyracantha Bonsai Tree (Pyracantha 'Mohave') is an evergreen bonsai known for its seasonal color and compact, trained form.
In spring, it produces clusters of small, dreamy, fragrant white flowers that appear close together, creating the look of a neatly solid surface of blooms. In fall and winter, it develops spectacular scarlet fruits that begin ripening in fall and mellow from green to shades of red, orange, or yellow.
Also known as the Firehorn, this semi deciduous Pyracantha is valued for its brilliant berry-laden branches, which hold up extremely well as cut arrangements and add interest and color to wreaths.
