The Trained Japanese Black Pine Bonsai Tree (Pinus Thunbergii 'Thunderhead') is a compact form of the Japanese Black Pine with an irregular growth habit that adds character.
Each branch is covered with densely packed, dark green needles and crowned in winter with large silver white candles. The candles are as attractive as flowers, and their striking contrast with the foliage is visible over a long distance.
This bonsai has a tight, low, mounding habit and makes an ideal focal point for any bonsai collection. It is hardy and should be kept outdoors.
