This upright juniper bonsai features Juniper Procumbens "Nana", the classic dwarf Juniper from Japan that is the most popular evergreen in the U.S.
Known for being very hardy, long-lived, and tolerant of many adverse conditions, it is an excellent choice for a beginner and a timeless pick for traditional bonsai styling.
The planting includes a land/water pot designed to suggest a tree growing along the shore of a mountain lake, plus a fisherman figurine, a fishing pole, and ceramic fish to complete the tranquil Zen-like scene.
