The Western Red Cedar Bonsai Tree - Small (Thuja Plicata 'Whipcord') features unusual foliage with a low, mop head like form and long, thick, glossy tendrils.
Its many branches seem to explode upward and send sparks cascading in all directions, creating a look that suggests Independence Day fire works. The foliage is green in summer and changes to bronze in winter, matching the richly colored wood.
This bonsai is evergreen and should be kept outdoors.
