The Wiha Insulated TorqueVario-S Handle 1.0 – 2.0Nm is an adjustable torque tool designed for controlled fastening with precise torque settings.
It delivers torque accuracy of +/- 6%, maintains 50% greater unfastening torque for fastener removal, and features an ergonomic cushion grip handle, dual durometer construction, parallel flats for roll-off prevention, and an audible and perceptible click when the desired torque limit is reached. The torque setting view port makes adjustable settings easy to identify, and the tool automatically resets for the next torque setting application.
Built for 5,000 cycles, it is individually tested to 10,000 volts AC and rated to 1,000 volts AC for safety. It meets VDE testing standards, ASTM F1505, EN/IEC 60900, NFPA-70E, CSA testing benchmarks, EN ISO 6789, BS EN 26789, and ASME B107.14M. A torque adjustment tool is included for accurate torque limit adjustments.
