The Wiha MaxiFlex Outside Reading Folding Ruler is a heavy-duty measuring tool designed for precise layout work and everyday use.
It features a 12-section collapsible design that folds out to a full 2 meters, plus a 6" depth extension and outside reading scale. The ruler includes black on yellow deep-embossed hatch marks on both sides and both edges for readings in 1/16th increments, along with metric and standard scales.
Built with play free precision joints, lock-in-place stop-joints with stainless steel spring at 0, 90, and 180-degrees, and 30% fiberglass material for impact resistance and flexibility. It is waterproof and offers chemical and surface abrasion resistance for long service life.
A practical detail for wall layout: the black diamonds mark the distance between two trusses when figuring out where to drill in the wall.
